1. Acceptance

By playing GridSmash, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the game.

2. The Game

GridSmash is a free browser-based puzzle game. We provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update, modify, or discontinue the game at any time.

3. Accounts & Leaderboard

• Submitting scores is voluntary.
• Choose an appropriate nickname (no offensive, hateful, or inappropriate names).
• We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entries or ban users who violate these terms.
• Do not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or submit fake scores.

4. Purchases

• Premium features (ad-free, themes) are optional paid upgrades.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. See Stripe's Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• GridSmash and its code, artwork, and design are owned by Virelund OÜ.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• You may share screenshots and gameplay videos freely.

6. Advertising

The free version of GridSmash displays ads via Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties and are subject to their policies.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the game
• Use automated scripts or bots
• Submit fraudulent scores or abuse the leaderboard
• Harass other players or submit offensive content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virelund OÜ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of GridSmash. The game is provided for entertainment purposes only.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
